Welcome to the Online Scheduler for TCC Counseling. We will resume counseling services for Fall Quarter on 9/21/26. Services for Fall will be available 9/21-12/10 following the Academic Calendar. We typically have coverage Monday-Thursday 8-6 and Friday 8-5pm while the quarter is in session. This online scheduler will be the most up to date format for scheduling, however, you can only see the current availability for up to 21 days including weekends. More availability opens as the days move within the confines of the dates above for the quarter--as we are closed during breaks, campus closures, and holidays. If you are needing more emergent support, we recommend you check the TCC Counseling Webpage for more emergency + off campus counseling resources. To try to better accomodate the demand, we strongly encourage students make an appointment using our Online Scheduler which will show availability for 21 days at a time. That said, there may be times that there is a wait or that your schedule doesn't completely match---having some flexibility with us can help to fit you in faster. For Fall Quarter 2026, appointments will be defaulted to an "IN PERSON Appointment" on the Counselor's "in person" days and "ONLINE Appointment" for telehealth days. If you'd prefer to do an online appointment on a day that a counselor has in person appointment marked, please schedule that in person slot through this Titanium Online Scheduler + then email the counselor directly or the tccpersonalcounseling@tacomacc.edu account that you'd like your appointment slot to be moved to an online appointment. (We unfortuantely can't move to an in person appointment on a telehealth day as we aren't physically on campus.) We ask for your grace and patience with us as we are trying to fit as many people as we can in for counseling with a 6 person team and as we navigate a new system.
